PDR Homes continues a long family legacy in the homebuilding industry which began with James Ryan, grandfather of Patrick Ryan. Patrick Ryan, owner of PDR Homes, was raised around the homebuilding business and worked for his father’s company in Frederick before starting PDR Homes in 2018. PDR Homes continues this family tradition of building quality homes with integrity.

Although PDR Homes no longer does renovations we come from an extensive background of them and approach our projects with a different mindset.
Our renovation designs were customized for each home since every house and family is different and we take pride in all the details that make your home last.

Customer-Focused, Quality-AssuredWhat to Expect When Buying a New Home from PDR Homes
Sales Meeting
Meet with one of our wonderful sales agents to begin the process of creating your dream home. This is where structural options and all of your interior finishes will be selected.
Pre-Construction Meeting
During this meeting a PDR Homes project manager and sales agent will meet with you and your agent (if you have one) to review all of your options and selections to make sure we build what you are expecting.
Pre-Drywall Meeting
This meeting is to show you the ‘nuts and bolts’ of your home. You will have the opportunity to walk through your new home prior to the drywall being hung, giving you the chance to see where all the mecanical components of your home are located. It will also serve to ensure cable/phone and electrical outlets are where you are expecting them.
Pre-Settlement Demonstration
At this stage your home is substantially complete and PDR Homes will walk you through and give a tutorial on the functions of your new home. This is also the one and only time to address any cosmetic defects.
Pre-Settlement Re-Walk
This meeting will take place on your closing date and is to ensure that all of the defects noted during the Pre-Settlement Demonstration were addressed and you will be able to go to closing knowing that PDR Homes has delivered you a beautiful new home!

We are thrilled to be the proud owners of a PDR Homes house. Throughout the design and build process, we felt that PDR Homes were not just building a house but building our dream home. Cody (Project Manager), Dillon (COO) and Tina (Realtor) understood how and why we wanted to build this home and at every stage of this process it was abundantly clear that our dream was at the forefront of the construction.
This was our first construction, so we were anxious about delivering on schedule and budget. At our first discussions we expected the house to be ready approximately 11 months later, then at contract signing this was brought forward to 9 months. Once ground was broken, the delivery date was brought even earlier, just 7 months from contract signing. This date was held solid right until the final weeks, when it was brought forward another 3 days! The budget was fixed at contract signing, with clear understanding of certain change orders once interior finishes such as flooring were selected. All was done smoothly and transparently. Communication was excellent, always timely, and with patience and care answering all our questions.
Our home is beautiful. It is difficult to really describe how happy we are to live in such a home. The Lexington model was a perfect design for our needs, and the house is extremely functional. The quality of the build and finishes are exceptional, as well as the appliances and utilities.

My experience with PDR was nothing short of spectacular. I was an early client for PDR and yet, they knocked the socks off of my expectations. Their level of craftsmanship is truly top-notch. My trim work and drywall 3 years later still looks as good as the day I settled. Their construction team was responsive, their warranty team was as well. Their integrity is also unparalleled. Saying something and doing something are two different things for most, not for PDR! We love our PDR home! Dillon and Patrick knocked it out of the park!
After almost 2 years in our new home, we can safely say that PDR truly does build great homes!
