That standard of craftsmanship and integrity carried over when we made the decision to focus exclusively on new construction, and it drives everything we do today.

Founder & Owner
Patrick brings a lifetime of homebuilding expertise to PDR Homes, combining traditional craftsmanship values with innovative design approaches. His renovation background gives him a unique perspective on construction quality and attention to detail that sets PDR Homes apart from typical production builders.
Dillon Myers
Chief Operating Officer
Dillon Myers oversees day-to-day operations and ensures every project meets PDR Homes' exacting standards from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. Dillon's approach to project coordination means timelines are respected, budgets are managed carefully, and every homeowner receives clear, consistent communication at every stage of the build.
Greg Mason
Purchasing Manager
Greg is the Purchasing Manager at PDR Homes, where he contracts materials and labor, maintains cost databases and budgets, and provides key profitability insights to leadership. Greg enjoys being part of the PDR team and the collaborative work environment, and he's known for being highly organized and detail-oriented. When he's not working, you'll likely find him golfing or tackling chores at home, iced-coffee in hand.
Michael Toms
Project Manager
Michael brings more than four decades of experience in residential construction and land development to PDR Homes, with a career that began serving as a Construction Engineer in the U.S. Army. He has held leadership roles at both regional and national builders across Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, rising from project supervisor to Director of Production. Since joining PDR Homes in 2021, Michael has contributed his deep operational expertise to both construction and land development, and he takes pride in being part of a team that puts quality and the customer first.
Brandy Matthews
Administrator
Brandy has been a valued part of the PDR Homes team for five years, serving as Office Administrator and supporting the daily operations that keep everything running smoothly. She also manages accounts payable and receivable, helping ensure a seamless experience behind the scenes. She loves being part of a team that helps create that a sense of home for clients. Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her kids in all their activities.
