We're a small, close knit builder, which means you work directly with our core team, not a rotating cast of salespeople and project coordinators. When you call, Tina or Cody answer. When you have a question on-site, we're there. Our size allows us to be hands-on with every project, and we limit how many homes we build each year so we can give each client our full attention. We believe in building relationships, not just houses.

Completely transparent. You'll receive a detailed contract with clear pricing at signing, including specific allowances for your selections: flooring, fixtures, finishes, everything. No hidden fees, no surprise change orders for standard items. If something changes during construction, we discuss it with you before moving forward.

Your main point of contact will be our sales agents Tina Poss or Jarrod Jeeter. Cody Hayes, our Project Manager (2025 FCBIA Project Manager of the Year) will also be available if needed. From your first consultation through final walkthrough, you have direct access to our leadership team. We're on your job site every day, and we welcome, even encourage, site visits throughout construction. No gatekeepers, no runaround.

We specialize in Frederick County and the surrounding areas, where we've built deep roots in the community. This focus allows us to know the area intimately, from local permitting to the best subcontractors to the unique character of different neighborhoods. We occasionally take on projects in surrounding areas, but Frederick County is our home.

Most semi-custom single family homes take 7-10 months from permitting to move-in, though timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of your project. We provide a realistic schedule upfront and keep you updated throughout construction. Our goal isn't to be the fastest builder. It's to deliver exceptional quality on a timeline we can commit to and meet.
